Back from Malaysia
I just got back from Malaysia yesterday and am busy catching up, but can't resist a quick post. Here is a
picture of some monkeys that we encountered in the jungle on one of the smaller Langkawi islands.
This picture was actually taken by Gro Anita, one of the students who blogs here. I took pictures too (not as good) with my cell phone, which I then put in my pocket before a nice long swim in the ocean... alas, totally destroyed.
It was an incredibly intense pedagogical experience and I'm sold on the Norwegian traveling education approach! And the time with Sivin Kit and other new friends in Kuala Lumpur was a great learning experience for me! More on both experiences later...

Glad you are home safely ... I'm still processing all the ideas we explored while you were here. Managed to do a little summary inspired by the "fear/desire" paradigm and integrated it with my sermon on Sunday on Simon's transforming process into Peter. :-)

Oh yes remember I mentioned My friend Jesuit Priest Jojo Fung? (http://jojofung.wordpress.com/)
Here's a sample of one of his papers ...
